Up date on Killing The Fat

I've been doing pretty well... some nights I have a weak moments and I indulge in a doughnut, or I crave french fries, but all in all I've been eating better and exercising at least 4 times a week. I think I've lost about 6 lbs since I last made the challenge to kill the fat over a month ago, and I'm feel good. John and I take our engagement pictures tonight so that should be fun.. But I hope to trim down just a few extra pounds before my wedding. :) I mean, if there is one time in your life you want to look your best and be the healthiest, it would be on you wedding day right? Yeah! That's the plan!
I have found that I only know how to take baby steps, it may take me a little while to change my habits from childhood, eating whatever and whenever I want and never worry about gaining weight, but I think my baby steps will be a long lasting result! I am learning to choose better foods when I eat, and to get out and exercise even when I don't feel motivated. It’s hard when I don't have a set practice given by my coach everyday, but I enjoy running on my own and doing different exercises that I feel are good for me. And spring is here!!!! That means I am always looking for excuses to be outside in the nice mild weather!! Oh I hope it sticks around! LIFE is Grand, wedding plans are coming along nicely, finals are almost over, and we take off to New Jersey this weekend for the summer....don't worry we come back to Utah to get married on June 30th in the Salt Lake Temple.. Wahoooo, I can't wait!
